For hardware repairs, we prefer to do the work back at base where we have all the tools, many parts and can spread out but if you have difficulty bringing it here we can collect when we next pass by.

Most software issues can be solved at your business premises or home and we will attempt to respond as soon as we can.

Some customers prefer to have laptop repairs or even desktop repairs (we only need the base unit) effected here and we can collect and deliver if you wish.   We aim for a 72 hour maximum window whenever possible.
